  CPP and LDPE Films
We have the following methods to produce your synthetic film requirements:
A. Extrusion Cast Films - From polymer resins, the materials are being melted in the extrusion die to produce high quality films for various type of application. The end-products are the following:
1. CPP Films
2. Stretch Films
3. LDPE/LLDPE Films
4. EVOH or EVA
B. Extrusion Blown Films - the extruded polymers are being produced through blowing technique using a circular die to produce plastic tubes that can also be converted into single film.
 
  CPP and LDPE Films
We have the line of processes available in our factory to cater your flexible packaging needs.

A. Film Metallizing – Through aluminum metal melting and vacuum evaporation, the melted metal is being transferred to the film surface (treated side) producing an aluminum like appearance of the film.

B. Film Printing Processes – we have the following methods in supporting your printing needs:
 
a . Flexographics Printing b. Rotogravure Printing
C. Adhesive/Glue Lamination Process - At the moment, our plant is capable only of laminating through Solvent-less types and Solvent-based structure in the market.
